Lessons Learned on Day 3

1. Coffee and Slim-fast do not mix well together, despite what I thought.
2. Cooking on the gas grill is no fun in freezing temperatures.
3. My dog will eat anything from my salad except black olives.
4. My son would rather eat Chef Boyardee over our delicious Grilled Chicken and Tri-Colored Salad.
5. Balsamic Vinegar smells amazing straight from the bottle.
